Legit Vietnamese in San Antonio / Universal City. Definitely should be among your regular spots if you are local.
Best vietnamese restaurant in San Antonio. Will come back for sure:)
Service was fast . Waiters & waitresses were attentive!
Calamari Salad & Honey Walnut Shrimp is Bomb!! I get it every time
My favorite restaurant! High quality ingredients always prepared well!
This restaurant is one of the most authentic Chinese / Vietnamese resteraunts you can get in San Antonio. Came in during the night right before closing and the staff was willing to take my order. The food was made fresh and it was real good. You can tell that this business is family owned and operated. My only recommendation would be to have someone in the business be able to translate as there could be a language barrier when ordering.Overall will return to this resteraunt in the future.
Was with my friend and fast serving and all employees with mask on
The food was really salty. But the variety of foods is really good. The service is incredibly fast.
It was ok.... food is decent...
Excellent food, fast service, excellent value for the money due to large portions
Delicious. Place has been here for a while. Service can be lacking sometimes but Its just a communication barrier. Would recommend
Really good place to eat, very cultural and we are here during lunch hour weekday so I don't know if it's always this crowded but even crowded it's fun and the food came quickly. Very quickly. And service was just fine. No complaints.
Went today for lunch everything was fine not the best I’ve had better. I then opened up my spring roll and find a bug in the “fresh” lettuce that they supposedly wash before they serve says the waiter. I’ve had fresh washed lettuce and there’s never bugs. The bug was too big not to notice. Never going here again. Check your food before you eat it.
I love Bolulac!
The absolute best salad I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE!!!! The seafood salad will make you come back over and over again! Nice and quiet atmosphere. Pleasant and friendly staff.
The food was good. The service was bad today. We couldn't tell who our server was because jo one wanted to attend us. I had to call every single person for attention.
Awesome food. Try the duck...
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food served in a timely fashion and tasted amazing. 10/10 would return.
Excellent service, fair prices, and good food. We sat down and within minutes we had our food, which was fresh, well made, and delicious. Highly recommend.
This is usually a restaurant that we enjoy at least once or twice a month. This was our first time visiting during the pandemic. We ordered to go over the phone and picked up in the restaurant. We ordered the #87 vermicelli bowl. I had something very hard and grainy cooked in my fried egg roll. Everyone at the table could hear it as I chewed. I could not determine what it was. I couldn’t finish my meal. I had to take several drinks of water to get it off my teeth. A guess a bad time to eat out.
A nice quaint restaurant more Vitnamese than Chinese I think, serves delicious food. The serving size is just right and the staff are friendly and accomodating.
Grand opening today.. Food was absolutely amazing. This place is a must try. Great selection of food.
Vietnamese foods at A-Dong are yummy. For me, I like noodle soup.
The pho is great but the baked pork ribs were AMAZING. Looking forward to coming back and trying the other stuff on the menu.
Best pho in town! Small shop but big tastes. Definitely recommend 110 first before exploring different types of noodle soups.
Love to recommend this restaurant. Only thing is of you want any dbl rice u have to order another plate. But i love the service and food and prices are good!!!!
The crispy squid plate is the best. You cant go wrong with a vermicelli bowl or a big bowl of Pho either.
The foods are very good.
I ate their today for lunch and the service was terrible, they never came back to check on me and when they brought me my food my drink was gone and didn't even offer to refill my tea. Needless to say I won't be back
Food was pretty bland (got the crab puffs and sesame chicken, can't say anything about their other food). The sesame chicken mainly tasted of orange peels? Their fried rice was okay. And their crab puffs were surprisingly bland too.
Delicious food! Staff is very friendly. The bathroom was clean. The food comes out very quickly and fresh. They do have booster seats, but they did not have a child menu.
Very nice atmosphere. Waiters could use more training. Food was excellent. I'll be back
My dish was amazing. As always. Every dish that came thru the kitchen doors looked really really good. So glad I was in the area. I had the charbroiled beef on vermicelli. Underneath the vermicelli is a wonderful array of vegetables. So good.
Awesome porkchops and Pho..
The duck Pho was very tasty. Cozy place.
Always enjoy eating here, they have such a great selection and you can't go wrong with what you pick. I love their Pho.
This is now my go to Vietnamese restaurant. I love it.
The Pho was delicious and feeling.
Good service and good food at a moderate price. We enjoyed it and will be back.
Arrived 1 pm for lunch. Was seated immediately. Ordered the happy family #28 on the menu. The menu is extensive and would take a while to go through everything and I was limited on time. They have indoor and outdoor dining. I sat inside due to the heat. My water was not very cold even though it had ice. Not sure why?Ceramic plates, metal utensils, and paper napkins.Food temperature was good and it was fresh and flavorful. Overall a good lunch. I will eat here again and try some of the more exotic dishes I saw carried out to other tables.
This restaurant offers a Chinese and Vietnam cuisines. I like their quite setting and menu with prices layout easy to read and understand. I was to get what I wanted and the food was good. Ordered an order of Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. Their soup was amazing and I was surprised they included a Vietnamese mam tom a traditional shrimp paste for Bun Bo Hue dish. Added a little of the paste made the broth delicious and remind me of homemade food. I did really this with Bun Bo Hue. As for spring roller, as expected it was good as usual but the sauce was different and sweet for my taste. It was a hoisin sauce you got in Asian market. I wish they have a peanut sauce or make the original spring rolls sauce instead. I enjoyed my meal and wish to come by and try other fishes on my business trips along I-35. The location is very convenient and easy to find. Come by and check it out yourself. Won't be disappointed.
Best Spring rolls and might be the best Pho in town.
The food is really good. The price is not too expensive. Had lots of puns coming from my husband after we ate here Lol.
Delicious food. Phô portions are great!
Great food but the it was hard to communicate with the wait staff
Delicious food for quick lunch
Extensive menu, and EVERYTHING is great!! My favorite eatery by far!! 👍
Amazing phoGa!! And There eggrolls were awsome !!!😋
I got sick about 6 years ago after had dinner here, ordered dry vermicelli noodle with grilled pork. The food was cold. I didn’t dare to go back for 6 years till a few days ago when a friend suggested dinner here. I didn’t get sick this time. Thanks God! Food and service were good, but the place is Very Cold.
Best Vietnamese restaurant in town 👍🏻
